AISO is a student-led organisation based in Amsterdam that focuses on educating students about artificial intelligence and raising awareness of its applications.
Problem
AISO, Amsterdam’s fastest-growing AI student community, faced challenges in scaling their partnership development process. As their network expanded, manually generating partnership proposals became a major bottleneck, slowing down growth.
Solution
To solve this, we implemented an AI-powered Offer Generator that seamlessly integrated with AISO’s existing Slack, Airtable, and video conferencing tools. After each meeting, the system automatically converted transcripts into customised, professional proposals. The entire post-meeting workflow — from proposal generation to database archiving — was automated, allowing the team to maintain high-quality standards while saving valuable time.
Impact
As a result, AISO reduced their proposal generation time by 91%, cut follow-up time to just 6 minutes after meetings, and achieved a 31% increase in partner conversion rates. This automation allowed AISO’s team to focus on strategic initiatives and scale partnerships faster and more efficiently.
