Optimising Internal Workflows at ASIF Ventures

ASIF Ventures is a venture capital firm based in Amsterdam, focused on supporting early-stage startups in the fields of technology and innovation. Problem
Despite successful internal restructuring, ASIF Ventures was spending excessive time on manual administrative tasks, diverting focus from their core mission of supporting startups. Manual document creation, task tracking, and approvals created inefficiencies that slowed operations.

Solution
We implemented a custom automation system using Make, Google Workspace, and AI tools. The solution automated document generation, task assignments via Google Chat, and approval workflows, while connecting existing tools into a seamless system. Training and ongoing support ensured smooth adoption.
